See your life through a new energetic lens
Sometimes the question isn’t what should I do?
It’s how am I seeing this?
Ayurvedic Reframing is a live, one-on-one session that offers a different way of understanding your experience;
through the principles of energy, rhythm, and balance found in Ayurveda.
This is not a traditional consultation.
There are no assessments, diagnoses, or protocols.
Instead, Ayurveda is used as a lens or a new way to reframe what’s happening in your life
with more clarity, compassion, and context.
In this session, we step back from problem-solving and look at the energetic patterns shaping your experience.
Together, we may explore:
Where life feels rushed, heavy, stagnant, or strained
Patterns of overdoing, depletion, or holding
How rhythm, timing, and energy may be influencing your situation
A more natural, compassionate way of understanding what’s unfolding
Often, insight alone creates a shift... without needing to force change.
This is:
A reflective, educational conversation
Rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, without clinical application
Focused on perspective, understanding, and awareness
This is not:
A medical or health consultation
Dosha analysis, treatment, or lifestyle prescription
Therapy or mental health care
If you have medical concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Ayurvedic Reframing is especially supportive if you:
Feel stuck in repeating patterns
Are navigating transition, burnout, or uncertainty
Sense that pushing harder isn’t working
Want insight without being told what to change
Are curious about Ayurveda in a grounded, accessible way
No prior knowledge of Ayurveda is required.
Ayurvedic Reframing sessions are offered by Sivani Ishaya, founder of Explore Yoga Health and a formally trained student of Ayurveda and integrative health.
Sivani has studied Ayurveda through both academic and lived practice, and over time has found that people are often far more receptive to its wisdom when it is offered gently—through understanding, relationship, and continuity—rather than through overwhelming lists of changes or rigid protocols.
While modern approaches to Ayurveda often resemble Western models of intervention—large overhauls, extensive recommendations, and pressure to change quickly—Sivani values an older style of practice.
One where the practitioner walks alongside someone over time, allowing insight to land first and change to unfold naturally.
In this work, Ayurveda is not used to prescribe or correct, but to translate patterns—helping people understand their experience through rhythm, energy, and balance before asking anything of them.
This approach honors both the depth of the tradition and the realities of modern life.
