I created Explore Yoga Health as a living ecosystem rather than a single path to follow.
My work is rooted in the belief that lasting wellness emerges when people are given space to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with their own inner intelligence. Rather than prescribing solutions or pushing transformation, I focus on helping individuals recognize what is already trying to move through them and how to support that movement with care, patience, and discernment.
I see health not as something to fix, but as something to remember.
My approach is shaped by both ancient wisdom traditions and lived experience. I draw primarily from Ayurveda, contemplative practices, and nervous-system-aware coaching, while remaining deeply attentive to the realities of modern life.
At the core of my work is a simple orientation:
Inner authority matters more than external instruction
Sustainable change happens slowly, in rhythm
The body, mind, and life context must be considered together
Wisdom is revealed through experience, not performance
I am less interested in optimization or self-improvement, and more devoted to creating conditions where clarity, resilience, and self-trust can naturally emerge.
I hold the container that allows diverse contributors, perspectives, and practices to coexist without hierarchy. I curate offerings, support collaborators, and help ensure that what is shared within The Experience remains grounded, ethical, and aligned with the deeper intention of the ecosystem.
My own contributions may include:
